This policy explains what information Justice Insight LLC collects through this website, why, and how it is handled. Justice Insight LLC is not a law firm and provides services only to licensed attorneys and law firms.

Information collected

The attorney inquiry form collects the information you choose to enter: your name, Florida Bar number, firm, email address, telephone number, matter type, court, deadline, a description of the assignment, and any message. The site does not use advertising trackers, and it does not sell or rent personal information.

How it is used

• To verify that an inquiry comes from a licensed attorney
• To run a conflict check before any engagement
• To respond to your inquiry and, if an engagement follows, to administer it
• For ordinary business communications with you

No engagement, and no confidential information

Submitting the form does not create an engagement and does not create an attorney-client relationship with anyone. Please do not submit confidential or privileged information, including client names, case numbers, or case details, until the conflict check is complete and you have been asked to send materials.

Service providers

This website is hosted by Netlify. Inquiry form submissions are delivered by email through Web3Forms, and inquiries and replies are handled through Microsoft 365 email. These providers process information on Justice Insight's behalf under their own security and privacy terms.

Retention

Inquiry information is kept only as long as reasonably necessary for conflict checking, business records, and legal obligations, and is then deleted.
